Agreement to terms
By accessing encorahouse.com or using any Encora House product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Our products
Encora House builds intelligence products for professionals. Gravitas is an AI visibility audit that analyzes your website and produces a scored report with recommendations. The Quick Score at encorahouse.com/score is a free technical readiness check. Other products (Viriditas, Aetas, Harold) are in development and will have their own terms when launched.
Purchases and refunds
Payment for Gravitas audits is collected before the audit begins. Reports are delivered within 24 hours. Because the audit runs immediately upon payment and produces a completed deliverable, all sales are final. If you believe your report contains a material error, contact support@encorahouse.com within 14 days.
Your data
We collect the information you provide (email address, website URL, business details) to deliver our products. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except as needed to deliver the product (for example, querying search engines and AI platforms as part of the audit). Report contents
Gravitas reports reflect conditions at the time of the audit. Search engine algorithms, AI platform behavior, and website conditions change. Scores and recommendations are not guarantees of future performance. We recommend sharing your report with your webmaster or marketing team before making changes.
Intellectual property
The Gravitas scoring methodology, report templates, and site content are owned by Encora House LLC. Your report is yours to use, share, and act on. You may not resell Gravitas reports or represent them as your own product.
Acceptable use
Do not use our products to harm, deceive, or misrepresent. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the scoring methodology. Do not submit URLs you do not own or have authority to audit.
Limitation of liability
Encora House provides analysis and recommendations, not guarantees. We are not liable for business decisions made based on our reports. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
