Agreement to terms
By accessing encorahouse.com or using any Encora House product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Our products
Encora House builds technology products and provides consulting services for professional businesses. The Quick Score at encorahouse.com/score is a free technical readiness check. Gravitas is an internal Encora House system and is not offered for sale. Products still in development will have their own terms when launched.
Fees, deliverables, and refunds
Fees, deliverables, timelines, and refund terms for consulting or implementation work are stated on the applicable service page or in the written agreement for that engagement.
Your data
We process the information you submit to operate the requested tool or service. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details about collection, use, service providers, and retention.
Analysis and recommendations
Quick Score results and any analysis provided through an engagement reflect conditions at the time they are produced. Website conditions, search systems, and AI platforms change. Scores and recommendations are not guarantees of rankings, recommendations, revenue, or future performance.
Intellectual property
Encora House methodologies, software, templates, and site content are owned by Encora House LLC unless a written agreement states otherwise. Deliverables supplied to a client may be used as permitted by the applicable engagement agreement.
Acceptable use
Do not use our products to harm, deceive, or misrepresent. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the scoring methodology. Do not submit URLs you do not own or have authority to audit.
Limitation of liability
Encora House provides analysis and recommendations, not guarantees. We are not liable for business decisions made based on our reports. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
