Privacy Policy

What we collect
We collect information you provide directly: email address when accessing a report or subscribing to updates, website URL when using the Quick Score or purchasing a Gravitas audit, and business details submitted through our intake form. We also collect standard analytics data through Google Analytics (pages visited, time on site, device type, approximate location). We do not collect financial information directly. Payments are processed by Clover, which handles your payment data under its own privacy policy.
How we use it
To deliver products you purchase (running audits, generating reports, sending report access links). To send updates if you subscribe (you can unsubscribe anytime). To improve our products through aggregate, anonymized analytics. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not build profiles for ad targeting.
What we share
We do not sell your personal information. During a Gravitas audit, we query third-party services (search engines, AI platforms, website analysis tools) using your website URL, which is publicly accessible information. We store report data in Supabase (our database provider). We use Vercel for hosting. These providers process data under their own privacy policies and security standards.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure site traffic. We do not use advertising cookies. We do not use tracking pixels from social media platforms.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. You can request deletion of your data. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time. Contact support@encorahouse.com for any of these requests. We respond within 30 days.
Data retention
We retain report data so you can access your reports. We retain email addresses until you unsubscribe. We retain analytics data in aggregate form indefinitely. If you request deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days.
Security
We use HTTPS encryption across the entire site. Database access is restricted to authenticated services. We do not store passwords (report access uses email verification, not accounts).
Children
Our products are designed for business professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted. We will not materially reduce your privacy protections without notice.
