What we collect
We collect information you provide directly, including contact and business details submitted through our contact or consulting forms. Quick Score processes the website URL you submit and does not ask for an email address. We also collect standard analytics data through Google Analytics, including pages visited, time on site, device type, and approximate location. We do not collect financial information directly. Payments for consulting services are processed by Clover under its own privacy policy.
How we use it
We use submitted information to operate the tool or service you request, respond to inquiries, deliver consulting work, and send updates you requested. We use aggregate analytics to improve the site and its tools. We do not use your data for advertising or build profiles for ad targeting.
What we share
We do not sell your personal information. Quick Score retrieves the public website URL you submit in order to analyze that page. We use Vercel for hosting and Supabase for governed internal records. Service providers process data under their own privacy policies and security standards.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure site traffic. We do not use advertising cookies. We do not use tracking pixels from social media platforms.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. You can request deletion of your data. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time. Contact support@encorahouse.com for any of these requests. We respond within 30 days.
Data retention
We retain engagement records as needed to provide the service and meet business or legal obligations. We retain subscription email addresses until you unsubscribe and retain analytics in aggregate form. If you request deletion, we remove eligible personal data within 30 days.
Security
We use HTTPS encryption across the site. Database access is restricted to authenticated services, and Quick Score does not create a user account.
Children
Our products are designed for business professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted. We will not materially reduce your privacy protections without notice.
